Connect Claude, ChatGPT, or other AI agents to Happy Buyers to create draft orders, pull wholesale menus together, and help menu plan. And trust that you're grounded in clean, accurate data.

AI may always sound convincing. But in cannabis, where demand is anything but simple, blindly trusting the wrong numbers can cost you.
"You’ve got 12 variants. Here’s how each one sold. Restock them all"
AI doesn't know what was out of stock, discounted, in the back room or inflated by a holiday.
“Your product line sells this much. Here’s the suggested order, at your depth target”
Your answers are capped to what the product line can move, days of supply wanted and budget.
Run it five times and you can get different answers. Language models predict plausible-sounding text, and a number is just more text to them.
You stock four strains but only carry two at a time. Raw AI adds up every SKU you've ever sold and orders all four at full volume.
AI needs continuous context to normalize your data which can be inefficient.
If information is absent, a raw AI may guess a "reasonable" one instead of stopping to ask.
We account for stockouts, discounts, substitutions, discontinued products, holidays and more, so decisions get built on real demand instead of distorted sales.
The math and your rules stay in the platform, not in the chat, so your numbers don't drift.
Use AI to generate orders that can be edited and managed in the app, not buried in a chat history.
Find what's missing, aging, or slipping on margin cross brands, categories and product lines.
Update your order settings and data context using natural language, then ask strategic questions in simple language for full context aware analysis.
Connect vendor menus, promotion calendars, and more to your Happy Buyers data to super-power your decisions.
Admins can create one from the settings screen. API docs are linked right next to it.

Have it waiting for you Monday
Every Monday morning at 8am, please grab my top 10 performing [category] and draft the orders into Happy Buyers.
Is this early access, or can I do it today?
Today. Everything in the videos runs on the same public API you already have. As Danny put it on the webinar, there's no magic in the cooking show.
Does the AI send orders without me?
It can do either. We recommend you start with setting it up to create draft orders, that what you can review quantities, make the calls only you can make, and hit send yourself.
Does it work with ChatGPT, or only Claude?
It's a standard API, so it works with whatever you already use. Our example skill files are built for Claude because that's what we use internally.
What if my vendor emails me a PDF instead of a spreadsheet?
No worries! Matching messy product names across a PDF, a Google Sheet, and a marketplace listing is the thing LLMs are genuinely great at.
What if my team isn't ready to go deep on AI?
You're not being left behind. A lot of this is moving into the Happy Buyers app itself, including vendor management, budgets, and scheduled draft orders. And honestly, some of it is faster in our interface anyway.
